UPS Ground Estimated Transit Times

Orders that include large, heavy items will require a shipping quote before checkout.  Proceed as normal through checkout and you will be prompted to request a shipping quotation.  After you request the quote, you will receive an email instructing you to complete the checkout process with the appropriate shipping fee applied to the order.  If you have any questions about this or any of our other shipping processes, please contact us at 1-877-676-8947.

-          All orders placed online or by phone Monday – Friday before 11:00AM (PST) will ship the same day. Shining Light Body Jewelry will contact you via phone or email upon fulfillment of the order. 

-          Orders placed after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

-          USPS (US Mail) shipments will be shipped Priority Mail.  Delivery times are 1-3 days in the continental United States.

-          Factory orders will incur an additional $5.00 shipping charge.

-          C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) shipments will be shipped UPS only and a fee of $12.00 per shipment will be added for this service.  Cashier’s Check or Money Order will be required for payment unless preapproved to use a company or personal check.  Add $12.00 to the appropriate rate listed in the table above to estimate your total shipping cost.

-          Orders returned to Shining Light as a result of the receiver not collecting the package will be assessed a shipping and handling fee.  This charge is only applied after the courier's 3rd delivery attempt fails and the package is shipped back to Shining Light.
